We utilized iTAK software to identify transcription factor families and kinase families in various
energy grasses, including Cenchrus purpureus cv. purple, Cenchrus purpureus, Cenchrus fungigraminus,
Miscanthus lutarioriparius, Miscanthus sinensis, and Setaria viridis. This analysis is crucial for
understanding the regulatory mechanisms and signaling pathways in these bioenergy crops.
The identification results are presented in a table format for easy access and analysis. Users can
click on the name of any transcription factor family to be redirected to a detailed list containing
all the genes associated with that family. This interactive feature enhances the usability of the
data, allowing researchers to quickly access and utilize information pertinent to their studies on
gene regulation and function in energy grasses.
